For each teacher participates in Federation festival, he/she is required to judge a minimum of one hour for every student entered in the concerto or the solo event.  The number of hours of judging time for each teacher is based on the number of students enrolled from his/her studio.  Judging for UFMC is mandatory for all participating teachers.  When a teacher accompanies a student for a concerto event, the teacher must pay for the time he/she couldn’t judge.

IMPORTANT: If the student decides to cancel (not ready or has conflicts) and withdraw from any Federation events (concerto or solo) after the registration fees have been sent in, the student will need to pay the teacher $40 withdrawal fee. UFMC does not refund the registration fee. UFMC will charge a $10 fee if the student requests for festival time changes after the registration deadline.   No late registration will be accepted after the online registration deadline.
